Clinical Education

One in seven Americans—more than 42 million people—has a hearing, speech, language, or swallowing disorder.

That means there is a healthy job market for our graduates. We make sure you’re ready to enter it by offering a breadth of student practica—practical hands-on experience—to enhance learning from academic course work and to prepare you for your externships, the final stage of preparation for your certification.
