Overview

Dietitians who are registered with the Commission on Dietetics Registration (CDR) of the American Dietetic Association (ADA) or individuals who possess a baccalaureate degree in nutrition may pursue a Master of Science degree in health and rehabilitation sciences with an emphasis in clinical dietetics and nutrition.

This emphasis has been developed to provide an advanced theoretical framework, highlighting selected areas of clinical dietetics practice such as cardiac rehabilitation, physical assessment, and nutrition support.

Special note: This program will provide applicants with a Master of Science degree but will not provide the required Supervised Practice Experience to establish eligibility to take the National Registration Examination for Dietitians.
