  • The Summer 2137 class numbers for FTDI 0000 are as follows: (Please note that you must be finished taking all coursework before beginning to enroll in FTDI and will then remain enrolled as FTDI until graduation. FTDI is 0 credits but you are considered full time and pay a lower flat tuition rate).
    • 6-Week-1: 13097
    • 6-Week-2: 13098

  • 05/29/13 - Summer 4-wk-1 session deadline for students to submit monitored withdrawal forms to Student Services
  • 06/07/13 - Summer 6-wk-1 session deadline for students to submit monitored withdrawal forms to Student Services
  • 06/08/13 - Summer 4-wk-1 session ends
  • 06/10/13 - Summer 4-wk-2 session enrollment period ends and classes begin
  • 06/12/13 - Summer 4-wk-1 session grades must be approved by instructors by 11:59 p.m. before final posting can begin
  • 06/12/13 - Summer 4-wk-2 session add/drop period ends
  • 06/22/13 - Summer 6-wk-1 session ends
  • 06/22/13 - Official date for awarding of degrees
  • 06/24/13 - Summer 6-wk-2 session enrollment periods ends and classes begin
  • 06/26/13 - Summer 6-wk-1 session grades must be approved by instructors by 11:59 p.m. before final posting can begin
  • 06/26/13 - Summer 6-wk-2 session add/drop period ends
  • 06/26/13 - Summer 4-wk-2 session deadline for students to submit monitored withdrawal forms to Student Services
  • 07/04/13 - Independence Day (University Closed)
  • 07/05/13 - Summer Term and 12-wk session deadline for students to submit monitored withdrawal forms to Student Services
  • 07/06/13 - Summer 4-wk-2 session ends
  • 07/08/13 - Summer 4-wk-3 session enrollment period ends and classes begin
  • 07/10/13 - Summer 4-wk-2 session grades must be approved by instructors by 11:59 p.m. before final posting can begin
  • 07/10/13 - Fall term deadline for continuing students to register without penalty
  • 07/10/13 - Summer 4-wk-3 session add/drop period ends
  • 07/19/13 - Summer 6-wk-2 session deadline for students to submit monitored withdrawal forms to Student Services
  • 07/24/13 - Summer 4-wk-3 session deadline for students to submit monitored withdrawal forms to Student Services
  • 08/03/13 - Summer 12-wk, 6-wk-2, 4-wk-3 sessions end
  • 08/07/13 - Summer 12-wk, 6-wk-2, 4-wk-3 session grades must be approved by instructors before final posting can begin

  • 08/10/13 - Official date for awarding degrees
  • 08/11/13 - Residence halls close
  • 08/14/13 - Summer Term grades must be approved by instructors by 11:59 p.m. before final posting can begin

June Graduation Application Deadlines

  • 05/17/13 - Applications submitted now must include a $25.00 late fee
  • 05/24/13 - Applications submitted now must include a $35.00 late fee
  • 06/14/13 - Final date for submitting applications for April graduation

**Letters of verification and verification of licensure paperwork can be completed and sent out for June 2013 graduates as of July 8, 2013

August Graduation Application Deadlines

  • 06/03/13 - Last day for submitting applications without a fee
  • 06/04/13 - Applications submitted now must include a $15.00 late fee
  • 07/02/13 - Applications submitted now must include a $25.00 late fee
  • 07/23/13 - Applications submitted now must include a $35.00 late fee
  • 08/02/13 - Final date for submitting applications for April graduation

**Letters of verification and verification of licensure paperwork can be completed and sent out for August 2013 graduates as of September 4, 2013

Summer 2137 Theses/Dissertation Defense Deadlines  

    • 07/26/13- Last day to defend
    • 08/02/13 - Deadline to  have ETD uploaded for review
    • 08/09/13- Last day to submit final paperwork and ETD submission to Student Services

You should plan early in your studies to complete the Getting Started session for information on the template and how to prepare your document before you begin writing, and to complete the Converting to PDF early in your last semester of study.
