Anita Narasimhan is a pre-award research financial administrator in the SHRS Office of the Dean. She is responsible for submission of new proposals, non-competing continuations/progress reports, JIT requests and other reporting needs. She is the point-of-contact for the Departments of Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Communication Sciences and Disorders, and Physician Assistant Studies.
Prior to coming to SHRS, Narasimhan was senior financial administrator at Pitt’s Department of Biomedical Informatics and a pre-award administrator in the Department of Pediatrics. She also has additional experience in banking and customer service. Narasimhan has Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees from University of Madras.
