Jon Rivera is the data collection coordinator for the HearCARE research team. Rivera has extensive management experience guiding and motivating diverse groups of people, including children, college students, adults, and the elderly. More specifically, he is skilled at data collection and analysis, team development, and cultivating a respectful and productive work environment. As a first-generation son of immigrants, he understands the complexities of people’s lives, and strives to remain personable and empathetic regardless of the situation. Most recently Rivera worked for AT&T, where the combination of his empathetic engagement with his clients and his data analysis skills led him to be top salesmen every month after he hit the sales floor.
