Judy Dodd is a registered dietitian-nutritionist, and assistant professor at the University of Pittsburgh. Academically, her degrees are from Carnegie Mellon and the University of Pittsburgh. Along with teaching at the university level, she is a consultant on child nutrition issues and formerly a Food and Nutrition Adviser to Giant Eagle, Inc. Active in her community and in her profession (see video below), she is a past president of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (formerly the American Dietetic Association), a member of the Board of Directors for Adagio Health, and a volunteer leader for the local affiliate of the American Heart Association, Let's Move Pittsburgh, PA Nutrition Education Network, Action for Healthy Kids.
