Kate Kohne is a staff member for the Clinical Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling program. As a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor, she works clinically with individuals whom have a variety of disabilities. She predominantly works with teens and young adults transitioning to adulthood from high school. Her work in “Pre-Employment Transition Services” addresses areas of independence, and self-determination through a psychoeducation group model. In her individual and group work with clientele, she seeks to reinforce empowerment and self-advocacy as they move forward into their future endeavors.
