With over 15 years of higher education experience, Leland Clark joins the Dean's Office as executive director of Student Affairs. In this new role designed to enhance the SHRS student experience, Clark will provide strategic direction and oversight of admissions, advisement, student engagement, and student services. He previously worked in higher education student affairs and admissions in New York, NY, most recently as vice president of Student Affairs for the International Culinary Center. Prior to that, he held leadership roles in academic advising, career services, international student advising, and international admissions.
A native of Pittsburgh, Clark graduated with honors from Carnegie Mellon University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Professional Writing with an additional major in French. He will complete his Master of Science in Higher Education Administration from Baruch College's Marxe School of Public and International Affairs (CUNY) in December 2021.
