An alumnus of Pitt, Mark Denardis is the IT client services manager in the SHRS Dean's Office. He coordinates front-line Information Technology support to SHRS faculty, staff, students and researchers for all aspects of computing devices, network connectivity, operating systems, end user applications and procurement. Denardis is the primary advocate for SHRS end users and ensures services are managed with a business focus. He develops and cultivates effective relationships with customers and IT providers. He engages with faculty and staff to understand their activities to better help them integrate computing and technology into their daily operations, curriculum and research. Denardis joined the SHRS IT team in 2001.
