Stephanie chose to become an occupational therapist to help people experience meaning and belonging in life. Through her clinical experience, she observed barriers that prevent access to and delivery of best practice. She feels privileged to have the opportunity through research to understand and test innovative solutions that can promote best practice and ultimately contribute to improved patient well-being.
