- Graduated from the University of Pittsburgh in 1995 with a Masters in Exercise Physiology Specialization, on the Athletic Training Track, covering two of the Pittsburgh Public Schools (South and Langley)
- Athletic Trainer at Alfred State College from 1995 to 1995
- Started as an Athletic Trainer with UPMC Sports Medicine in 1997
- Worked at South Allegheny High School from 1997-2006, Winchester Thurston from 2006-2007, and now is a Clinical Athletic Trainer and Team Leader for College/University Region 2007 to present
