The Office of Business and Finance is housed within the SHRS Dean's Office. The Business and Finance team is responsible for the day-to-day management and long term planning of the school’s finance and business operations. This includes support for:
- Financial modeling and reporting
- Budget preparation and management
- Program proposals and pro formas
- HR personnel and management to include recruitment, hiring, payroll, promotions, performance management, staff development
- Facilities, security, parking
- Clinical contracts managements
- Information technology
The Business and Finance team collaborates closely with all Office of Dean areas as well as each of our departments.
