This program offers interested students an opportunity to sit in on a virtual MRT recitation (via Zoom), usually once per semester (fall and spring). These recitations, part of the MRT curriculum (the typical class schedule being from 5-6 p.m. ET on Monday – Thursday), ensure the current students are grasping the material of the program and staying on pace with the content that they are learning independently and asynchronously online.
Students are encouraged to join as many sessions as they’d like to learn more about the program, ask questions and experience an MRT virtual class.
What to Expect
Each Sample-a-Class session has a slightly different format. The sessions demonstrate how productive our current students are in one hour and how much they are learning! When you join us for a session, you can expect to have live interactions between our instructors and students throughout the course of the class. Prospective student attendees are welcome, but of course not required, to ask questions aloud (or through chat with all participants) and can also interact one-one-one via direct message with just the Sample-A-Class admissions rep or program personnel. Prospective students can also just be a fly on the wall to passively observe all the cool learning and discussions occurring!
In a post-class breakout room (usually about halfway through the hour), all prospective students will have an opportunity to interact with program personnel. In this format, prospective students can ask questions about the program openly without disrupting the flow of the class.
If you are interested in joining one of these sessions, check out our listing below for the next available one, or complete the form at the bottom of this page for more information about the program and to be notified about the next available Sample-a-Class.
If there are no relevant events for the program, students and interested individuals can reach out to the enrollment specialist.
