The SHRS Research team is responsible for oversight of the school’s research capacity building, funding and operations. This includes support for:
- School-wide research infrastructure, including the SHRS Data Center and the SHRS Rehabilitation Data Mart (ReDWINE)
- Research collaborations within and outside SHRS
- Pre-award administration tasks, such as proposal development and submission, progress reporting and budget development
- Post-award administration, including accounting, effort certification, prior approval requests and award closeout
- Resources and consultation related to investigator development, laboratory operations and research program enhancement
SHRS Research uses a team approach that supports cross-training, professional development and mentoring among members within the team.
