Dr. Adam Sterczala is a research assistant professor at the Neuromuscular Research Laboratory (NMRL). His research focuses on musculoskeletal and neuromuscular adaptations to resistance training to optimize human performance and mitigate injury risk. Sterczala earned his doctorate in exercise physiology at the University of Kansas in 2018 and has spent the last three years as a postdoctoral research associate at the NMRL leading the Soldier Performance and Readiness as Tactical Athletes (SPARTA) Study.
