Biography
Before joining the department’s Continuing Education team, Ali Kemmerer was the Communication Specialist for the Rehabilitation Engineering Research Center (RERC) on Wireless Technologies, at the University of Pittsburgh, aimed toward promoting accessibility and inclusivity of mainstream wireless technologies in people with disabilities.
Kemmerer has a passion for improved health outcomes through education, and prior to working at Pitt, she worked for UPMC’s Medication Therapy Management (MTM) department, helping people to better understand how to manage their medications to help reduce complications and improve their overall quality of life.
