Anastasia White serves as the senior director of Strategic Programs and Services for the Office of Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Community Engagement (OEDI&CE) for SHRS. White manages organization educational engagement and research for faculty, staff and students with respect to equity diversity and inclusion topics. Along with SHRS leadership, she also plays a role in the strategic planning and executing of initiatives, policies, practices and programming at SHRS and the Wellness Pavilion.
Prior to SHRS, White served as the program manager for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the University of Pittsburgh Department of Medicine from 2019 to 2023.
White earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Media with minors in Women’s and Gender Studies, English and Leadership and Social Change from Carlow University. She earned her Master of Education in Higher Education from the University of Pittsburgh School of Education.
