Ann Vinski is the department and financial administrator for Health Information Management, where she provides advanced-level support for administrative, financial and human resources activities in the department. Vinski holds a PhD in theology from Duquesne University, a master’s degree in theology from Notre Dame, and a bachelor’s degree in the program of liberal studies (a great books program) from Notre Dame.
