Anna Bohland is a Registered Dietitian and Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist in the state of Pennsylvania. She teaches NUTR 1604 Food Service Management with Lab within the Department of Sports Medicine and Nutrition. Bohland has 10 years of experience working as an RD in Food Service Management in long-term care and acute care settings and in K-12 school nutrition. She is currently the Operations Manager for the Nutritional Services department at St. Clair Health. Her goal as a manager is to provide the highest quality service, achieve financial objectives and ensure continuous improvement in all areas of performance and discipline within the nutrition department. She is a board member of the Pittsburgh Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and serves as the Career Guidance Chair. Bohland received her B.S. in Clinical Dietetics and Nutrition and her M.S. through the Coordinated Masters in Nutrition and Dietetics program from SHRS.
