Anne Doring is the executive director of Continuing Education for the School of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences (SHRS), where she oversees all aspects of planning, creating, administering and evaluating continuing education programs. Doring supports course design for online and hybrid delivery, analyzes current online teaching practices, and provides recommendations on teaching strategies and evaluations to improve student learning experiences.
Doring brings over 15 years of experience to SHRS in instructional technology, curriculum design and information management. She holds a Master of Science in Library and Information Science from the University of Pittsburgh and a doctoral degree in instructional technology from Duquesne University. Her research interests include knowledge sharing and motivation, online social presence and the professional development of educators.
