Caitlin Pugh is the marketing director in the Office of Marketing, Communications, Recruitment and Enrollment (MCRE). She brings her past advertising agency expertise to projects and marketing efforts for each department within the school. She has built processes and procedures for executing both paid and organic marketing plans within MCRE and directs the marketing creative and messaging that goes into it. Pugh delivers quality customer service, astute attention to project and strategy details and creative problem-solving. Her previous role in SHRS as the marketing project manager (2021-2024) helped her to develop and refine her knowledge of the school and the programming's unique aspects. 

Pugh received her Bachelor of Arts at Duquesne University, double majoring in digital media arts and advertising, and is currently taking classes at the Joseph M. Katz Graduate School of Business at the University of Pittsburgh.
