Elizabeth Steele is a research assistant in the Department of Sports Medicine and Nutrition. She will support multiple research projects at the Neuromuscular Research Laboratory and Warrior Human Performance Research Center (NMRL/WHPRC). Previously, Steele was at Ithaca College working as a teaching assistant and graduate assistant strength and conditioning coach. She is currently completing a Master of Science in Human Performance and a master’s thesis on assessing the validity and reliability of the Stryd running footpod. Steele received her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology from Ohio Northern University.
