Emily Murphy is the Associate Director of the Doctor of PA Studies (DPAS) program and an assistant professor in the Department of PA Studies. She joined SHRS in 2009 as clinical coordinator for the campus MS PA Studies program. Murphy graduated from Saint Francis University in 2005 with her Master of Physician Assistant Science degree and from the University of Pittsburgh in 2021 with her Doctor of Education degree. She is currently a principal faculty member in the DPAS program. Her clinical background is in Neurosurgery, Interventional Radiology, and Pulmonology. Murphy currently holds a clinical appointment in Addiction Medicine.
