Jamie Kulzer is an associate professor for the graduate program in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) who has been providing counseling services since 2005. Kulzer is the Project Director/Principal Investigator of the Intergovernmental Agency Agreement (IAA) between the University of Pittsburgh and the Hiram G. Andrews Center (HGAC). Through this IAA, University of Pittsburgh faculty, staff and students are contracted to develop, implement and modify programs of cognitive rehabilitation, assistive technology and rehabilitation psychology. Her research interests and activities involve autism spectrum disorders, rehabilitation services for individuals with cognitive disabilities, program evaluation, graduate clinical education best practices, and graduate student wellness. Kulzer teaches two master’s level clinical courses a year, advises and mentors students and provides clinical supervision.
