Jared Divido is an instructional designer with the Office of Online Learning. He works directly with SHRS faculty and the instructional design team to support the course design and development process for online and hybrid courses. He uses his skills and knowledge of best practices in online teaching and instructional design to guide faculty on considerations of course design elements.

Divido has over 7 years of combined professional work experience in higher education and instructional design. Previously, he has worked as faculty member at Point Park University, where he was responsible for teaching human anatomy and comparative anatomy. He has also worked as an instructional design consultant and educator for the Indiana University of Pennsylvania. His research interests include best practices in online teaching, instructor presence, interactive learning, and accessible technology.

Divido holds a Master of Arts in Instructional Design and Technology from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania, and a Master of Science in Human Anatomy and Advanced Forensic Anthropology from the University of Dundee.
