Pamela Rikstad works in the Department of Communication Science and Disorders as senior department administrator. She will provide advanced-level support for the administrative, human resources and financial activities of the department as well as opportunities for staff professional development, mentorship and team building. Rikstad has over 20 years of experience in higher education. For the past eight years, she was an administrative manager in the Swanson School of Engineering. Rikstad earned her master's degree in Student Affairs in Higher Education from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
