Samantha Mozden serves as the program coordinator for the Office of Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Community Engagement (OEDI&CE) for SHRS and the Wellness Pavilion at the Community Engagement Center in Homewood, neighborhood of Pittsburgh. Mozden is integral in addressing the needs of the various Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion initiatives within each SHRS program including research, education for staff, students, and faculty. Moreover, she designs programs that meet the needs of Homewood and the surrounding communities while assisting with program administrative duties within OEDI&CE and the Wellness Pavilion.
Mozden earned her Bachelor of Science in psychology from Syracuse University. She earned her Master of Science in Higher Education Administration administration from Duquesne University with a focus in community engagement, student engagement, involvement, and leadership.
