Elaine Molinengo

Biography

Elaine Molinengo works collaboratively with clinical partners, preceptors, faculty and students to support the clinical education experiences that are an essential part of physician assistant training. Her primary focus is developing and maintaining strong relationships with clinical sites while helping ensure that documentation and compliance requirements are met to support high-quality clinical placements. Through communication, coordination and problem-solving, she helps facilitate successful partnerships that benefit both students and clinical educators.

Before joining the University of Pittsburgh, Molinengo worked with the federal government and held project coordination roles within engineering organizations. These experiences provided a strong foundation in relationship management, organization and process coordination, skills she now applies to supporting future health care professionals as they progress through their clinical education journey.
