Biography

Farrah Holmes is a licensed and certified Doctorate-level Physician Assistant (PA) with over 20 years of experience in Primary Care Medicine throughout the Pittsburgh area. Throughout her clinical career, Holmes has been deeply committed to education and mentorship. Since 2005, she has served as a preceptor to an average of five PA students each year from institutions including the University of Pittsburgh. Her passion for guiding future health care professionals extends to high school and college students as well, driven by the principle, “each one, reach one; each one, teach one.” Now shifting from full-time clinical practice to a role focused on academic leadership, Holmes brings her wealth of experience, mentorship and dedication to shaping the next generation of PAs.
