Biography
Prior to her appointment at Pitt, Kate Adler served as an adjunct faculty member in physician assistant education at both the master’s and doctoral levels. Adler practices clinically in pediatric surgery and trauma and was recognized as the 2023 Pediatric Surgery APP of the Year at her institution.
Adler is dedicated to preparing the next generation of students to be compassionate providers who provide exceptional care. She enjoys helping students develop complex clinical reasoning skills and serving as a mentor, both academically and professionally.
