Biography

In addition to providing instruction in the School of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences, Rachel Hibbs provides clinical care at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC) Rehabilitation Institute at Mercy Hospital Inpatient Rehabilitation and the Center for Assistive Technology.

Hibbs is also active in the adaptive sports community as member of the Board of Directors of the Pittsburgh Steelwheelers, a classifier for the National Wheelchair Basketball Association and a member of the medical team for the Pittsburgh Marathon Handcycle Assistance Team.
