Overview

The Department of Physical Therapy offers two concentrations as part of the Master of Science in Health and Rehabilitation Science program -
1) Musculoskeletal Physical Therapy and 2) Neuromuscular Physical Therapy.  These plans of study are designed to provide advanced clinical skills and knowledge in the areas of musculoskeletal or neuromuscular physical therapy.  This program is designed to meet the needs of practicing physical therapists who want to update their clinical skills using evidence based principles in clinical decision making.  In addition to coursework and laboratory sessions, students also participate in physical therapy clinical rounds, which provides them with additional knowledge of advanced physical therapy practice.

This program is intended for both US citizens and international physical therapists seeking advanced clinical skills.
