Marissa Lahr is a graduate student researcher in the Department of Communication Science and Disorders Bilingual Phonology Lab. She is supporting a research project that is working towards reducing discrimination of minoritized groups through the development of equitable speech and language assessment procedures for bilingual, Latino preschoolers.

Lahr received her bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders and Psychology at Case Western Reserve University in 2021. She is currently enrolled in the Speech-Language Pathology master’s degree program.
