Samantha Olsen is the Academic Programs Administrator for the Health Information Management department. She supports the students, faculty and staff by performing various administrative and record-keeping tasks throughout the academic year. Before being at the university, Olsen worked in the education and customer services fields. She received her Master of Science in Education from Duquesne University and her Bachelor of Science from the University of Pittsburgh.
