The program’s goal is to provide students with a solid foundation to succeed in diverse health care, rehabilitation and educational environments so that they are well prepared for entry-level employment as an audiologist. To achieve this goal, the program promotes the development of the following for all students:
The Doctor of Audiology program at Pitt offers embedded Praxis preparation in the third year during the Advanced Clinical Seminar. Students will be prepared to pass the exam at the end of their third year or during their fourth year.
