Directions to Forbes Tower

From the East:
Take the PA turnpike (I-76) to Exit 57 to I-376 West. From 376 take Exit 3B (Oakland). At stop sign turn right up hill (Bates Street) and continue straight on Bates through traffic light (Blvd. of Allies). Continue on Bates and turn left onto Atwood Street (next traffic light) and follow to corner of Sennott.
From the West:
Take the PA turnpike (I-76) to Exit 2A and follow I-79 South to I-279 South. (Exit to the left off I-79). Follow 279 into the city, to the I-376 Monroeville exit. Follow 376 to the Forbes Avenue/ Oakland Exit (Exit 3B). Follow Forbes Ave, to Meyran Avenue, turn right onto Meyran Avenue.
From the North:
Take I-79 South to I-279 South to the I-376 Monroeville Exit and follow 376 to the Forbes Avenue/Oakland Exit 2A. Follow directions for traffic from West.
From the South:
Follow I-79 North to the I-279 North Exit. Take 279 through the Fort Pitt Tunnels, across the bridge to the I-376 Monroeville Exit (first exit on the right.) Follow 376 to the Forbes Avenue/Oakland Exit (Exit 2A). Follow Directions for Traffic from the West.
Traveling down Fifth Avenue from the East:
Turn left onto Meyran Avenue, cross over Forbes Avenue. The Forbes Tower Garage is located on Meyran Ave., on the left just after crossing over Forbes Avenue.
Forbes Tower Parking
Parking is available in the Forbes Tower Garage. You must enter the garage on the Meyran Street side of the building. From Atwood Street, turn left onto Sennott Street and then right onto Meyran, turn right almost immediately, into the garage. From Forbes Avenue turn right onto Meyran and left into the Forbes Tower Garage. Take the set of elevators marked for the School of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences, to the 4th floor (elevators are located on the left side as you travel down the ramps).
There are parking stations on the surrounding streets and additional parking facilities nearby.
