The University of Pittsburgh Health Information Management Student Association (HIMSA) is an organization designed to enhance the education and fellowship of current and incoming students in the ever growing field of Health Informatics/Health Information Management.
HIMSA partakes in community service projects and volunteer opportunities throughout the City of Pittsburgh, and conducts fund raising events to support students in attending local and national health information management conferences.
