Randy Nava earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Midwestern University in 2022. Nava went on to complete his Orthopedic Physical Therapy Residency at the University of Illinois at Chicago in August 2023. During his time as a resident, Nava was able to work alongside the sports medicine staff and gain experience providing rehabilitation services to Division I collegiate athletes.
Originally from Chicago, Nava moved to Pittsburgh to serve as a Visiting Faculty Member, in the role of the University of Pittsburgh Division I Sports Physical Therapy Fellowship. In addition to his role on the sports medicine staff, he will assist with delivering lectures and labs to the DPT program.
